June 30, 2017    The Village of East Troy has utilized the services of Benchmark Landscape Management Inc. since 2011 for snow removal and municipal property landscaping.  Benchmark has consistently been easy to work with, offering quality workmanship and products.

We had a small job, just needed to cut down a small peak and slope dirt away from the house.  Also needed black dirt in some low areas to make the yard easier to mow, and make it look nicer.  We were delighted to find our small job was something that Paul at Benchmark Landscaping was willing to do.  After all the dirt was raked smooth they applied grass seed & blew on chopped straw which really helped hold moisture.  We were delighted to see grass starting within 2 weeks!  The workers were friendly & efficient and we would definitely recommend them to anyone, no matter how big or small the job!

First let me say that the project I wanted done was small.  Apparently too small to have my phone calls returned by most of the companies I contacted.  Or in the case of one company, they returned my phone call, but I was treated so rudely they couldn't bother with me, nor could they even bother being polite.  Two companies returned my calls and actually came out and looked at the project, Benchmark of course, being one them.  What started out as a very small job, after talking to Paul and discovering all the services his company offered, the job turned into a substantially larger project.  This included the removal of 2 large evergreens, a large ash, a crabapple, some tree branches removed, stump  grinding, fill brought in, and both seed and sod laid down.  Benchmark is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in a long time.  They arrived when they said they would, they got the job done in the amount of time they projected.  The projects were completed for the estimated amount.  And when the job was complete, everything was 100% cleaned up; I didn't have to do a thing - a great feeling.

I have, and will continue to recommend Benchmark to all my friends.  Plus I discovered Benchmark does snow plowing, which I have also contracted with them for this winter.  Thank you very much for a job well done and I look forward to working with Benchmark in the future.
